Karen had difficulty with her car and was a little slow to communicate her issues but her cleaning was outstanding. She was thorough and everything sparkled when she was done. very sweet lady just wish she would have been more on top of communicating the delays but I’m sure she was frustrated herself and may have thought it wasn’t going to take as much time as it did.

Casey is fantastic. Personal and professional and boy can she clean. Very happy with her services. I booked 3 hours for the first time because she was cleaning after a tenant left the space. Typically no one uses the downstairs of our house, so will reduce the time to 2 hours.

Christina was amazing! She was on time and got straight to work. My hardwood floors were a hot mess and they look like new now. My bathroom and kitchen sparkle. I would 100% recommend her.

Courtney knows how to deep clean and do it right!. She doesn't try and skip over anything. She is helpful, knowledgeable and my dogs get along with her if given a couple minutes of initial barking greeting. I would want Courtney always if able. My first cleaner I had bombed badly. Courtney takes her job seriously.

She did a nice job correcting the neglect my home was suffering from and was gentle with the 3 pets. 1 is very flighty and easily frightened and by the time Misty was ready to go, the dog came very close to allowing a touch.

Holly was nice, though I do feel like she was a bit slow to clean compared to other cleaners I have tried out. She was able to complete wiping down the counters, cleaning the stovetop, vacuuming and mopping the downstairs floors, one 1/2 bath, and one full bathroom in 3 hours.

I would only prefer if he had brought supplies of his own, since I did not have a lot of different cleaners for different surfaces. That way, the cleaning would have been more hands off for me.

Lynn is very reliable: when she says she’ll be there, she will be, and if she has any delays en route she is proactive with communication. She has always done an excellent job.
