Karen had difficulty with her car and was a little slow to communicate her issues but her cleaning was outstanding. She was thorough and everything sparkled when she was done. very sweet lady just wish she would have been more on top of communicating the delays but I’m sure she was frustrated herself and may have thought it wasn’t going to take as much time as it did.

On time, with proper equipment, pleasant demeanor, no apparent tension between Bernardo and his assistant. They worked steadily and quietly the whole time and finished up everything I had on my list. That is excellence!

She did a nice job correcting the neglect my home was suffering from and was gentle with the 3 pets. 1 is very flighty and easily frightened and by the time Misty was ready to go, the dog came very close to allowing a touch.

Holly was nice, though I do feel like she was a bit slow to clean compared to other cleaners I have tried out. She was able to complete wiping down the counters, cleaning the stovetop, vacuuming and mopping the downstairs floors, one 1/2 bath, and one full bathroom in 3 hours.

Erik was quick and cleaned the house very well. He was pleasant and made sure at the end that everything was to my liking. I would only prefer if he had brought supplies of his own, since I did not have a lot of different cleaners for different surfaces. That way, the cleaning would have been more hands off for me.

I needed help getting some cleaning done at my house and especially since I’ll be having people over for thanksgiving and it’s been a little hard for me and my fiancé to be caught up on cleaning with our full time jobs. I had asked for 4 hrs of service and she did a good job of cleaning most of the first floor and vacuuming all of 2nd floor plus folding laundry and putting dirty dishes to washer. Couldn’t get to master bathroom or any of the other bathrooms upstairs (3 bathrooms).

Such a great experience! Alexandra was such a wonderful and professional cleaner. Took in stride me working from home with my dogs and did such a great and thorough job!

Anastasia was kind in picking up loose trash and containers and brought to the garbage, although I only indicated the bathroom. I am hopeful that the bathroom floor will be mopped next time.

Edna was amazing! She arrived early and did an amazing deep clean. Just a note, English is her third language but she is happy to use Samsung's translation feature for more complicated instructions.

Terri did a great job! She was on time and had no trouble getting started without me there. I came home and the place was sparkling!

It didn't look like she steam mopped my tile floor, even though I asked her about it. She missed a few details (crud on the kitchen cabinets and around the bathroom faucets), but I figure she can get it next time.

Bernardo and his associate were amazing. They were incredibly professional and cleaned better and fast than any cleaner I’ve had. Bernardo was scheduled for 4-hours and finished in 2. I planned to tip him well so I kept the charge for 4 hours and just let him keep the extra 2-hours pay as a tip. I hope he was satisfied with that.

Armando was very professional and thorough with his work. He really cleaned the apartment and it was spot clean. Also, he was really quick and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend him and would like to book him again.

She did a great job and was thorough. I didn’t realize I was sensitive to the cleaner she used though. It gave me a headache and made it hard for me to sleep.

Lynn is very reliable: when she says she’ll be there, she will be, and if she has any delays en route she is proactive with communication. She has always done an excellent job.

I've been working with Homeaglow cleaners for a few months and can honestly say I have been less than impressed with the quality of clean my home has received, that is until Gina came to my home. She was very friendly and extremely thorough. I'm glad I was able to find her as a cleaner, I'll definitely be bringing her back in the future.

Anthony is very polite and nice person. He is very detail-oriented but takes a long time to finish his job. He cleaned very well but couldn't complete everything in 3 hours. The house is only 1,490 square feet and is a pretty clean house with very little furniture. If you book him schedule it for a longer period.

if I could give 10 stars I would!! Not only did she clean our house as well as usual, when I went to get the laundry from the dryer, it was already folded in the basket!! I had not asked Sasha to do this during this visit nor was it included in our normal profile. She just took the initiative! WOW!!!!
