Charged for 5 hours but was only here for 3 hours. I feel the whole house could have been cleaned in the 5 hours I paid for. What was cleaned looks fantastic!

I have such a small space, it’s really easy for people to just think they need to vacuum and wipe the surfaces and not actually deep clean underneath and around but she did amazing. She supposed to be here at 1pm, arrived at 4:40pm. She brought a friend, worked for 1.5 hours together, only got the living room and one bathroom done. But they did deep cleaning, if they came earlier they would have done a good job.

Audra did a fantastic job on my house. She listened to my primary concern (pet hair) and really targeted my floors and areas where the pets sit as I had a guest coming into town with pet allergies. She was on time, thorough, and kind. We will definitely use her again and recommend her if you need cleaning support for your home.

She arrived at 12:30 pm and left at 5:30 pm. That was 5hrs. She did a great job, arrived early, and completed the cleaning. I want to change to 4hrs. instead of 6 hrs. Please change the Oct.22nd appt. to 4 hrs.
