What made this experience 5 Stars is the level of communication throughout. Marissa also sent pics of each area after it was done which helped me feel much more comfortable that my home was being taken care of.

Cleaned the bathroom that had moldy corners, cleaned window sill and oven very well too. She had an emergency and was pretty late but it was worth the wait. Everyone deserves a break here and there. :)

Audra did a fantastic job on my house. She listened to my primary concern (pet hair) and really targeted my floors and areas where the pets sit as I had a guest coming into town with pet allergies. She was on time, thorough, and kind. We will definitely use her again and recommend her if you need cleaning support for your home.

She arrived at 12:30 pm and left at 5:30 pm. That was 5hrs. She did a great job, arrived early, and completed the cleaning. I want to change to 4hrs. instead of 6 hrs. Please change the Oct.22nd appt. to 4 hrs.
