Chris and his team did a great job with the area they got clean within time they used. Only dislike is that I didn’t know it was a 3 people team. I didn’t asked for that, they it was nice, they didn’t use up to my requested time stating it’s because they had to divide the time or something…but other than that? Their work was good

I would have appreciated her asking what else could be done with my remaining time, after completing the specific items I had listed.

She was great at what she did, however, we have a lot left undone. I was hoping to get more cleaning done today. I have a big house and we just moved, so I knew it would be a big job, that’s why I requested 7 hours.

I should have booked another hour, but she did a great job in the time she had! Right on time and very nice.

Overall he did a good job, admittedly our house was long overdue to be cleaned. It wasn't perfect but I am happy with his work. I like that I was able to pay for the extra window cleaning and baseboard cleaning which typically is not an option with cleaning services I have used in the past. Looking forward to seeing him again in a few weeks.
