I take one star as I hoped he would come at 9:30 and it was almost 10:40 before he came causing me to delay a meeting. She did a decent job. I booked 6 hours but she did not get to the lower level. She cleaned the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the living room for 6 hours and I took an extra hour to clean the fridge. I was expected more from my cleaning.
