I learned how to clean from my grandmother and mother. They taught me the old school way of cleaning where you cleaned until it was done right, even if you had to do it over and over. I was not allowed to complain or talk back, I simply completed my tasks assigned. Granted that is not the standard in today’s society, however, I carry those teachings with me and it helps me provide an excellent customer experience.
