Excellent cleaning job—thank you so much! The place looks amazing. The only issue was that a window with a broken screen was opened, and my cats got out. Thankfully, they are safe, but I would recommend being mindful of situations like this in the future. Overall, the cleaning was fantastic!

She did a great job her and her husband but they only thing is they don’t speak English or really understand it but far as the service great job

William did a great, thorough job! He also had to deal with some unforeseen circumstances—the water to my building was shut off due to a plumbing issue in another unit—and he was still able to do a very thorough cleaning without any water.

Although I was not home, Robert completed all the tasks that were asked. He did a great job at following directions, did not waste time and worked for the full amount of time agreed upon! I would totally request him again and will recommend to others!

Nadine was punctual and friendly. She did a great job on the bathroom. But just an okay job with my kitchen and living room. There was less attention paid to detail in my common areas. And she completely failed to clean my large island.

Brittney is very nice and listens carefully! Highly recommend! Next time I would just ask Brittney to vacuum under the carpets too and maybe try to avoid watermarks on black furniture ( I know it’s not easy) , other than that I’m happy!

Ana arrived right on time, started her work promptly, cleaning everything efficiently - I love her work! She is highly recommenced!

Kevin didn’t wash a dirty pan on the stove and my dirty coffee cup and spoon was on the sink and he put it on the dish rack but didn’t wash it. He also didn’t put a new trash bag in the trash can.

My 12 year old saw her room after Ashley was finished and she was elated. She thanked Ashley before she was even done working. My previous cleaners retired after working for me for 12 years.
