Like a brand new house. Cleaning nonstop with a smile. She put in her own touch and made some slight adjustments to the room layout which made it look so great! Altho she only speaks Spanish, she got all our requests done. Highly recommend her!

Saundra did an amazing job is just a doll! She’s someone you would feel completely safe with in your home alone. I was concerned at first BC I don’t speak Spanish and she doesn’t speak English, BUT we used her translate app and it was perfect! At the end, we went through each room to check her work and any tiny thing that was amiss, she fixed right away. Will use her again 👍

She cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedroom very well. She washed all of the floors. When vacuuming, she didn’t get the edges of the room. She was going to stop cleaning after 2 hours but she didn’t dust at all. I stopped her and had her dust the house. Otherwise, she did a good job.

Both Crystal & her husband Herson were very good team work. My only issue is communication. Glad that I can understand and talk a little bit of Spanish plus they have an apps that tranlate our commication, it just kill the hours of work. Nice Yoong lady but 1) showed up with a young guy. She did ask before entering if it was ok for him to work but he was already the door. 2) didn’t speak English and 3) she and the young guy worked for 3 hours on one floor only. They didn’t get to the second. My latest cleaning ladies (2 ladies) finish both floors in 2 hours.

The work was done in 2 hours with two people. I still paid for 4 hours. They cleaned the entire house though in the given time. 2 of my 3 bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly but the 3rd bathroom was cleaned mediocrely with stains still in the shower floor and the drain wasn’t completely cleaned either. But Jana is easy to work with. I would definitely like to work with her again.
