Saundra did an amazing job is just a doll! She’s someone you would feel completely safe with in your home alone. I was concerned at first BC I don’t speak Spanish and she doesn’t speak English, BUT we used her translate app and it was perfect! Both Crystal & her husband Herson were very good team work. My only issue is communication. Glad that I can understand and talk a little bit of Spanish plus they have an apps that tranlate our commication, it just kill the hours of work. Nice Yoong lady but 1) showed up with a young guy. She did ask before entering if it was ok for him to work but he was already the door. 2) didn’t speak English and 3) she and the young guy worked for 3 hours on one floor only. They didn’t get to the second. My latest cleaning ladies (2 ladies) finish both floors in 2 hours.

The work was done in 2 hours with two people. I still paid for 4 hours. They cleaned the entire house though in the given time. 2 of my 3 bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly but the 3rd bathroom was cleaned mediocrely with stains still in the shower floor and the drain wasn’t completely cleaned either. But Jana is easy to work with. I would definitely like to work with her again.

Cleaning was ok but felt it was very slow. Two people came and they did complete 3 hours of cleaning in 1.5 hrs. Math wise it makes sense but total cleaning work was not equivalent. Btw, I did add the cash tip so I am not adding any tip here.
