Melanie was amazing and did great work. For me, it’s hard letting someone in my home and seeing it all messy, but Melanie was completely understanding and super flexible and helpful. I haven’t seen my home this clean since I moved in!

She is new does not know what full house cleaning is. She did not bring vacuum cleaner and Mop. She is very nice, polite and she does what you ask her to do. I gave her tip too.

She arrived at 1 and stayed until 4 which is 3 hours which was the Quote I got from you . She did a great job. But I am canceling my contract with you I do not need your cleaning company again

Janice did a good job over all but there were a few things missed. She didn’t dust the top of my husbands dresser, didn’t dust the family room furniture and only cleaned the stove in the kitchen. She didn’t wipe down the counters . I would have her again and just explain what my expectations more clearly.

Sylvia came in and went straight to work on my refrigerator. That was my requested work zone. She pulled all contents out at my request Scrubbed and washed all surfaces. Put in new shelf liners. Looks so clean as I put items back inside. Very happy. I tipped her in cash before she left. I didn't know I could have received a credit back. Will know next time.

Terry goes a great job. We’ve had her clean 5 times now, so that shows the great job she does. We had 3 one-time only cleaners before her.

John did a great job cleaning my bathrooms and floors. The reason I gave 4 stars is that I was expecting the whole house to be cleaned. He was here for 6 hours. He didn’t do the small amount of dishes in the sink and didn’t make beds. I guess for 6 hours I was expecting every room to be cleaned an straitened. I’ve had other maids spend less time and clean my whole house.

First, I tipped Lloyd in cash which he preferred. Secondly Lloyd was terrific! He is not only a thorough cleaner he is personable and excellent at communicating throughout the process. I will request him again and let the old cleaners go.

Selina is great, she thinks about things that you might like and asks you. Last time she even filled up my PT holder. Very organized and willing to listen to any suggestions that you might have. Selina is also happy using any products you might prefer. I always buy the products as I don’t think it’s fair that Selina would have to pay for my products to clean my house.

Rita did a great job. My house is so clean and it smells divine! Her help saved me a mountain of trouble and allowed me time to complete other tasks that I just couldn’t have completed if I had to spend that time cleaning. Lifesaving!

Very nice. Unfortunately, the track in the cabinet doors - were not cleaned adequately. There is an unpleasant odor in the bedroom/bathroom after cleaning. Could be due to the cleaning products used. I prefer products that leave the rooms smelling clean.

It was great! It was really nice to come home and see the big difference Lenore's cleaning made! Also, there were some nice extra touches which I really appreciated, and I can tell she worked thoroughly and efficiently.
