Hi my name is Jennifer Smith. I started cleaning professionally about seven years ago when my family was having a hard time financially. I had quit my corporate job about two years prior when we moved back east to be closer to my husband’s family. I hadn’t been in the workforce since we moved because I decided to stay at home with my babies and the idea of commuting back east was less than desirable. I ended up placing an ad on Facebook marketplace to make some extra money and help my husband get out of financial hardship. My little business ended up taking off before I Knew it. It grew from residential cleaning jobs to commercial contracts with medical offices, law offices and a car dealership or two. Within six months I was running a 12 person crew with two fleet vehicles. I never knew that an attempt to bring in some extra money would’ve turned into a full blown business. My great attention to detail and perfectionist mentality makes me a great asset. My clients pay good money to free up some time and I’m able to help with taking some things off their plate. Nobody wants to spend their hard-earned money and have to go back and redo things Especially that they have paid for. I had many repeat customers, Move-in moveout clients, clients using services while recovering from illness or injury, clients redeeming services rendered as gifts and also assisting area businesses. Before I leave I make sure my clients are 100% satisfied. If an issue ever arises I am more than happy to fix and make things up in order to keep a good working relationship. Most of my clients end up being like family. I value a quality relationship. Outside of work I am a mother to three that more than keep me on my toes most of the time. When I’m not mommin’ around or working, I like crafts and DIY projects. The last year I’ve picked up many different skills. The most current skill I’m learning and working on is woodworking. People that have known me for years find it quite funny because up until almost 10 years ago I couldn’t tell you the difference between a flathead and a Phillips screwdriver and now I own a variety of power tools. I’ve sold some of my crafts and projects at Local farmers markets but most of my creations are given to loved ones. I can’t function without my morning coffee and enjoy deep meaningful conversation. I love what I do and it shows in the quality of my jobs, work, and overall attitude and outlook.

She did a deep cleaning. I will use her again after husband raved about how well she did. She spent 3 hours on my downstairs and never made it upstairs so next time I will have her do a deep cleaning up and easier one downstairs. Everything looks wonderful!
