I was expecting more than a light cleaning that’s why I booked 6 hours. I needs my floors vacuumed with a regular vacuum cleaner and my floors mopped using a mop and bucket not a Swiffer mop (my floors were left sticky and streaked). If these services aren’t provided then I have the wrong company.
Brittany was very friendly and listened to my requests. Since I am currently moving into my house I will make sure to supply a checklist of chores that I want done along with cleaning products I will supply due to fragrance allergies. It's a learning curve that should not take long to figure out.
