The house was tidied and dust free for the most part. Maybe I should have scheduled extra time because it looked like the floors were rushed. There was residue and water marks on my hardwoods. When I messaged to asked was used, I didn’t get a reply. I had to mop my floors and apply a coat of polish to them after she cleaned.

Cleaning was excellent, but I am cancelling my plan due to the deceptive charges and unexplained increase in price. I also don't really need my house cleaned this often.
