A very pleasant hard working woman appeared for my first housecleaning. My place was a chaotic disaster but she did an excellent job of cleaning and organizing. I was exceedinf pleased with the end result. Highly recommend her work and work ethic. I want her back again.

Professional and listened to detail instructions before she started. She acknowledged and a sweet person.

I gave her a lot to do in the short time and she did well. Some fine tuning needs for the full five stars.

Natalie arrived with a second person to help her clean. Her and her helper did a nice job. They did not bring a vacuum for the carpets and they used mostly bleach based products.

Toni did a fabulous job cleaning our home! She was very thorough and detailed which I really appreciate. Very friendly and personable, a definite asset to the company! 🙂 I would love for her to come back again!

I had to tip her on the spot. She was quiet, polite, THOROUGH, and quick. She understood what I needed and, furthermore, asked each time she wanted to do more-go beyond my requests, and so much was accomplished. I really hope she is willing to come back!

Jared was really cool. He did a really good job cleaning, only issue was I paid extra for the refrigerator cleaning and that didn’t get done also microwave missed, other than that. I look forward to seeing Jared again he is a really good guy works really hard this is my first cleaning so I’m sure it will be better next time. I would recommend Jared.

More than that, he has such a kind, clear, upbeat energy which is important to me when having work done in my home. I really enjoy the days that Emilson comes to clean!

i’m still leaving a tip because I believe that it’s not a lot of money for 3 1/2 hours worth of work and everybody’s got to make a living. He did a great job on the kitchen and the floors. But on my bathroom he didn’t wipe down the sink or the drain. That’s just enough for me to drop a star. Sorry, Charles.

She was very nice and hard working. I feel I communicated clearly that the bathrooms were firt priority and one of the bathrooms did not get done and they had moved on to other tasks in the house. A bit disappointed with that, but over all happy with the experience.

Gwendolyn did a great job as usual, only problem was she charged me for 3 hours when it only took two. Hopefully homeaglow will fix it.

The service was great! The reason I only gave 4 stars is because she brings a helper and charges for their time as well. So I got 2 hours of service, but was charged for 4 hours.
