Tamara was absolutely amazing! My townhome was returned to its original standing as it was when I first moved in. She is extremely thorough and patient. Detail oriented and efficient. Cyresha is an extremely thorough and meticulous cleaner. She makes a point to pay attention to small details and facilitates clear communication about the specific cleaning needs each visit. Throughout her cleans she maintains a positive attitude and provides needed flexibility in her scheduling. I would recommend her to anyone with cleaning needs no matter how great or small!

Ricki was amazing! She is super sweet and really gets the job done. She was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure my home was clean. Definitely Booking Ricki to come regularly.

She did a really good job but there was some things like dusting and getting to all the areas like my bedroom in the kitchen. It was a first time clean and I know that takes longer but she had six hours actually 5 1/2 but I had rescheduled it from 4 to 6 hours, and that’s all to accommodate on a late change.

Cyresha did an awesome job! We had her for two hours. I requested extra things done if she had time, she started working on those things and communicated to me throughout the process. The house looks great for the holidays. She is very friendly and does a good job at communicating. Would use her again as she listens to the things you want extra attention on, and makes it happen.

Charity’s work was excellent and she was also a delight to get to know,. I am looking forward to her becoming my valued helper!

Charity was fantastic, she accidentally forgot 2 of the bathroom toilets, being the first time to the house she probably just didn’t realize where they were.

Charity did a nice job. Unfortunately not able to vacuum carpets due to unavailability of vacuum cleaner. I would ask her back again if can get early morning appointment.

Of what was cleaned, it looks and smells very nice. We were disappointed that maybe there was miscommunication when I requested the “first floor only” yet our master bedroom and bathrooms didn’t get touched; only our kitchen, dinning room, and living room were cleaned while she was here 4 hours. I’ll make sure to update my notes

Cyresha is very polite and asks to clarify specific cleaning needs/concerns before she does it. She pays attention to detail and even if you feel she is done, while she is packing to go, if she notices something was missed, she will still make sure to take care of it. I highly recommend her as a regular service!
