Very nice and worked on what I wanted done, but attention to detail was not to the level I was hoping. Tops of everything got cleaned but not the sides. Did a great job on the walls and baseboards of the one bathroom. I think with more direction on specific ways of everything done she would do fine, but I don’t want to have to tell every detail. Should be automatic. Was hoping this service was going to be valuable to me.

Showed up 15 minutes late but left at the time as if she were here the full 3 hours. Didn't dust with any cleaners and left my table tops and shelves still looking dusty. Didn't move anything when she swept. Whatever she mopped with or rag she used left my entire house smelling like pee. She did a great job on my restroom, which I am happy about.

This was the first time I've booked a cleaning service, and boy have I learned a lot: 1. Be there at the beginning when they first come to your place, so that no miscommunication happens. 2. Be extremely detailed and specific about what you want cleaned (i.e., "Please clean the entire three bathrooms: the one downstairs, and the two upstairs") 3. A closed door means that the maid will not open it, even if you mention that something in that room needs to be cleaned, so leave the door open! 4. Be there at the end, so you can check to see what they've done and whether you got all that you wanted. I could not be there when the cleaning happened, which led to the master bathroom and kitchen cabinets untouched, so now I have to book another appointment. Maybe some of it was my fault for not knowing these "rules of housecleaning services", but there definitely could have been more communication on her end to make sure that I got everything I paid for.
