Bianca did not read the request I sent prior to the visit. I asked the her to bring her own supplies. she did not. I asked for the cabinets to be cleaned as it was a move out; she left the insides completely filthy. she left the kitchen sink and the front of the dishwasher grimy. Since she did not have supplies including a vacuum cleaner none of the carpets were vacuumed. when a partial refund was requested she said, “you didn’t ask me to clean the sink” and made additional excuses for the other omissions.

I wasn’t happy with her, my kitchen is very small two small counter tops a few dishes to put in the dish washer and that took her 1:30 mins. She didn’t make my bed or wipe my night stand she vacuumed with things left under the coffee and dining table she cleaned the bathrooms vacuum the floor and clean the kitchen and left. I was charged when I booked her and the when she left 1 hour later I was charged again. Also she has no cleaning supplies. Not a good experience for the first time. Don’t want her back
